My site is meant to be informative, so I eschew the bells and whistles approach of heavy graphics and java. Nor will this site mine personal information from you - there are no annoying cookies. I offer intellectual and some titillating content, instead.

I am known as "The Leatherfaerie Shaman", one of the original Leatherfaeries. I've been in both the leather and Radical Faerie tribes for over 25 years and participated in organizations and events nationwide. There's not much in SM I haven't done. I was one of the first to teach a spiritual path through SM for many years. SM is a shamanic practice.

I have pursued a personal, shamanic, spiritual path for most of my life. I consider myself a sexual, knowledge and cybershaman. My committment is to individual freedom, human rights and spiritual paths for all people, but as a gay activist, Radical Faerie, a leader in the Leather/SM subculture for 28 years, a founder of Tarheel Leather Club, my primary committment lies with my brothers and sisters in the gay community. Leatherfolk and faeries are my tribes. I advocate bringing leatherfolk and faeries together into interlocking tribes because we share many common beliefs and rituals. We can learn from each other to enrich our lives.

I love knowledge. I'm a voracious reader and published writer. Friends call me a Renaissance Man, a term I like. On the other hand, I might be called a surly curmudgeon, another ideal I aspire to. I consider myself an elitist, meaning that I want the best of everything, but to lift people up, after all, somebody has to uphold high standards and ideals. My interests and backgrounds are wide and varried: the arts and humanities, especially classical music and film; the hard sciences and technology, electronics, computers and the Internet. I run Linux - the superior and free computer operating system. All knowledge is grist for the shaman's mill. Better to understand the world.

I'm a Libran. I also love cats, rich food, gardening and growing exotic plants, especially orchids. My electronics and music backgrounds integrate into my being a discerning audiophile. Oh yes, I love black leather!

Politically, I'm very radical, but that really means getting back to the roots, but holding liberal, conservative and other views. I don't have a religion, but an individual spiritual path that's mostly Pagan.

I highly value intelligence and curiosity. I've much experience and skills in many fields of knowledge from the arts to the sciences and humanities and very serious in what I do, even in having fun. I know how to have fun! I don't like the insincere or fantasy head games. What I do with others is real.

I'm polyamorous. It means love of many. I'm HIV- and plan to remain so, but that doesn't exclude relationships with positives.

I think of myself as more of a Daddy than a strict Master. I need to mentor and nurture, but that doesn't mean I'm slack on discipline or expectations. I turn on to submission. I love heavy restraint/control, whipping and many other forms of torture/stimulation leading to penetrative sex and transcendence. I'd like another shaman as a partner or to train and initiate one. I want to live in a permanent dominant/submissive relationship. Would you like to serve me?

I prefer to find switching men near my age with whom I can build friendly, ongoing relationships, from fuck-buddies to permanent partnerships, rather than one-night-stands. There's not many men I can submit to, but when he's right, then fireworks can happen. Ultimately, I want to create an intentional family - a permanent younger boy and slave who want to join. If you know you have a boy heart or a slave heart, apply. You should be able to support yourself. I especially like the leather/warrior/biker/cowboy look. Beards are highly preferable.
