Seeking a Few Good Men to Build a Community and a Family

I have returned to rural living in New Mexico, on land where I can walk out my front door naked and walk into the wilderness. Who would like to share that with me? I'm looking for leathermen who want to build a rural community where we can freely live our lifestyles 24/7. This place is best for the retired or self-employed in crafts or professions that can be easily done in a rural area. My vision is of a loosely organized community of compatible leathermen whose sense and need of brotherhood and community is strong, to create an intentional, spiritually-based, rural, leather/SM community. The men I'm seeking have these ethics: The leather/SM life requires integrity, trust, respect, discipline, mentoring, honesty, loyalty, but duty isn't in the same ontological category and can be and is socially manipulated. Duty to the group comes out of these. They are needed to create a foundation for love and brotherhood.

I don't expect every man who might want to move here to be sexually compatible with me or with each other, but it is an ideal that we should consider. We should be able to be friends and brothers. Sometimes an old-fashioned puppy pile - kissing, fondling, sucking, fucking - would be a good thing.

I'm not suggesting we create a commune. Your needs for independent living should be respected. You could buy your own properties and build houses. If you don't like the winters here, you might consider building a summer home. Eventually, when there are enough of us, we might purchase a communal property where we could build facilities: dungeon play space, kitchen, guest cabins.

This place is a very alternative community, tolerant, supportive. There are many back-to-the-landers, gay men and Radical Faeries already living here. Yet, there is room to grow. Land prices are very reasonable. Sections from 2-1/2 acres to well over 100 are available, with 10 - 40 acre parcels common. I have no financial interest in this, but can help you find land. However, it is remote. Electric service is spotty, phone service is a bit more extensive. Many people here use solar power. The nearest towns of any consequence are both 60 miles away. Yet, Albuquerque is only a two hour drive. Roads are gravel or dirt and can become impassable in heavy rain or snow. Four wheel drive vehicles are recommended. The altitude is around 7500', so there's almost seven months of cold weather, the growing season is short. Expect zero temperatures at night and snow several times during midwinter, but most days go above freezing. It's not swelteringly hot in midsummer, either. The land is mostly covered with Juniper and Pinion Pine, some Ponderosa Pine. When the weather is clear, which is often in this arid climate, it is glorious. The daytime sky is the cleanest you've probably ever seen. The night sky is equally glorious; great if you like astronomy.
